okay well to give you some back info im selling my sparks and getting a awesome deal on a yoshi trs carbon fiber pipe and i need to know what size main jet im going to need. My mods are in my sig. The four holes in my airbox are roughly between 1 and 1.5 inches in diamemter each. The altitude here is about 1600 feet above sea level (i beleive). Any and all help is appreciated.

Thanks alot, Eric.

see i have a problem though, i beleive i have a 50 pilot and might have a 180 main, but the screws on top of the slide are stripped, both of them. I just had a friend jet it for the LRD pipe and he wasnt very gentle with it. Maybe somone knows a way for me to get them out of there  .

Thanks, Eric.

or try a very small ez-out. just get the screws out. once they're out, you can replace them. don't worry about messing them up anymore than they already are. you might even be able to find a reverse-direction bit at a supply store. get a 1/8 and start to drill a little and it'll pop it out. you can also try a straigh-slot screwdriver, very small, and put it on the right side edge of the screw head and pop it with a hammer to try and drive it out counter-clockwise. like I said, just get the screws out, then replace them with good ones, maybe even allen heads.

just a few ideas.

would it be alright to just rejet and mess with the air fuel mixture. Thats all i did with my sparks and my lrd. I was supposed to move the circlip on the needle with the lrd and change the needle completely with the sparks and didnt do anything to it with either pipe and they performed, id say, almost flawlessly. O and does your stock carb have the jet and pilot i may need sredish?

thanks alot, Eric.

thats the thing dan, i got the stocker on there right now because i lost the three bolts out of my sparks and its on its way back from them so once it gets back its getting the headpipe and the jets that came with it re-packed and sent to the lucky guy buying it from me. So im gonna have to look round for some jets.

If you're jetted for the LRD pipe now, that should be close enough. Bolt the new pipe on and go. You think that you have a 50 pilot and a 180 main..... That's close enough.

no no no your not listening to me, IT IS JETTED FOR STOCK RIGHT NOW, that a 118 main jet with the holes on my airbox covered and my stock pipe on. I WAS RUNNING A SPARKS BIG CORE PIPE, but i sold that and im getting a yoshi. THE JETS AND NEEDLE ARE GOING WITH THE PIPE. so i need to figure out what size main jet i need because i think i already have a 50 pilot.

Eric.

185 main, turn air/fuel screw out 2.5 turns from all the way in
