I just wanted to throw a couple questions out there for myself and to sort of make this thread a place for people to go to, where we can effectively learn how to ligthen up their harness from the unnessecary stuff when your 450R will be used for racing Purposes.

A few questions I have is.

1. To get rid of the Switch Assembly operated by your left thumb, do you simply unplug it and you are ready to go? Or is there Splicing and cutting to be done?

2. What is the tried and true way to wire your Kill switch to your Key Wires?

3. Any other tips that people may have picked up along the way to help keep our wiring in tip top shape would be great as well.

For the tail light and stuff like that I just unplugged it and tucked it away incase I ever need those wires again.

Thanks for the post! I tired to do a search, guess I didnt use the correct Keywords. If what that guy says is correct. I guess you just unplug the Light conrol box. :D
