Will a 400ex shifter work for a 450r

Im not 100% sure but I don’t think so. If I remember correctly the 400 EAX you just have to loosen the nut and you can pull off the shifter but for the 450 you have to take the not completely out to pull off the shifter. But I could be wrong. There’s only one way to find out try to put it on and you’ll know right away.

nope, shafts a different size i recall and the bend is not the same
