I was wondering whats the best motor oil and transmission oil that i can run threw my 2005 trx450r.

Put "transmission oil" in the search bar on this forum and start reading. Then you should be able to make your own decision. I run the Honda red bottle in the tranny side with no issues.

Personally many swear by shell rotella 15w-40. I use it in **** near everything and never ever had an issue.
