the powder coat will cover up most scuffs from what I have seen and my friend has his powdercoated and it withstands the mx'ing at least for him and powdercoat is alot more resitant to the harsh conditions than paint is but I don't know about the rhino lining stuff on the wheels.....Maybe some one else does...

i was wondering if it would cover a little...good keep em coming. im getting the frame and everything done so im tryin to do everything at once.
Wouldn't the rhino lining add a lot of weight?

I dont think the weight to much but the difference in thickness around the wheel might make it shake really good at speed.
just PC them or anodize, anodize will fade faster but it will never chip beings its a dye type, PC will chip and crack around the bolt holes if mounted and un mounted alot, this is all over time , from my understanding

Yes my ITP Bajas all peeled off around the bolt holes. I hate these wheels. I would get them powdercoated still though I think that would last the longest and be the most durable of anything.

just an idea. to keep pc'ed wheels from chipping or cracking at the lugnut holes i use to use some washers on the studs. that way the lugnut wouldnt rub against the powdercoated surface. it worked for me so thought id share.

can you ask the powdercoater to nut and bolt some washers on there so it stays bare?
