vortex ignition chart..

just like the title says, jsut got the part today...ready to head to the track, but the chart didnt come with it to tellme what setting to put it on...somoene help me out please? what setting do u guys think works best?

Setting #7 is what most seem to like. And the chart is in the Engine FAQ section.
