I have built a 2004 TRX 450R it has a 3mm stroke 480 big bore 14.1 je piston port and polished head +10 swingarm and a procom rev box that lets it rev to 1100 rpm which puts it up to 500CC custom 45mm lectron built by packerd racing custom drag pipe and stock cam I got a web cam for it and I am looking for a turbo kit for it any one know where I can find one at?

that sounds like a beast.. welcome to the site by the way... I am not sure but I have heard of people using stock turbos off the small jap cars and they work pretty well and you can pick them up real cheap.
yeah it is it dynoed out at 72 hp with the web cam but i had to pull it out cause it beat the valve retainers to death so i put my stock one back in and i have no idea what the hp rateing is but the time through the 1/8 mile are almost the same 7.90 with a 285 pound rider would a 7 pound boost be to much?
72hp damn that some good power, ya got a graph to share?

what cylinder you using for the 500cc?
crazy guy wearin shorts on that beast!!! haha super sick bike tho
IMHO you need to get rid of that crap procom cdi, i bet that thing was harder on the valves than the web cam

which web cam is it the 208? FBC? or RBC? was it billet or a re-grind cam?

sounds like a awesome bike but you have a weak link in that cheap procom, get a dyna CDI or a vortex those are the only 2 cdi's that are worth anything more than paperweight

anyways sounds like a sick bike man, as for turbos there is a turbo raptor floating around here go look in the dyno section i believe its posted in there
the dude that help me build the motor has the byno chart as soon as i get a copy i will postit
yep i wear shorts when i race cause its hot out the pic was took yesterday the temp was 95 its gets hot in alabama is there a race that is 1/8 mile asphlat drag or 300 foot dirt drag that is just hondas?

i was gonna get a dyna for it but they dont make one with a high and low side rev limiter so i can studer it out and i cant find one that has those features
oh the web cam is a 208+9 its a custom girnd

what do you mean high and low side rev limiter? never heard of it, please explain more and i was not aware that procom made a adjustable cdi

what do you plan on doing to get the web cam to work?
You mean to tell us that you have all that stuff done to the motor and still have the stock cam???? Put a HC stage 3 in there. Its not hard on your valvetrain at all and wayyy more power than stock.

By the way, sounds like a freakin beast.
A high and low side rev limiter is a launch control when the clutch is pulled in it will now the bike rev or a certain rpm like 5500 and when the clutch is released it will rev up to 11500 rpm which results in crazy 60 foot times my 60 foot time is 1.546sec with the low side it would be around 1.400sec flat dyna makes them for the yfz but not the Honda 450R. And yes I am running the stock cam and I am going to put the web back in this weekend or next to see just what it will do the reason the cam destroyed my head is a fatly valve retainer

THE PIC BELOW IS WITH MY ALBA FULL SYSTEM WITH HEADER WRAP
hey man welcome to the site, but please use comma's when typing.

it's much easier on my eyes, lol.
If you decide to put on a turbo do it right and build the motor for it . Trust me you wouldnt be happy with low boost like 7 pounds, it kinda sucks, but 14 psi isnt too bad and if you like power and have the motor built accordingly 21 psi kicks ass!
