if you can post a picture of the damage and bolt we will try to come up with a solution. and no more :no_bashing: with out leaving the factory nut on the end to hit...So I posted here a while back about my swing arm bolt being stuck and received a lot of advice, but unfortunately, nothing has worked. Problem was I had already whacked it a few times without knowing it was hollow. Why the $%#@ would Honda put in a hollow bolt. Is that really a place you want to save weight? Anyway, because of the flared end I cannot get the nut back on to hit it out. I tried Gunk and heating it up. This is an 04', and I don't think it was ever maintenanced before I bought it. I have a sawz-all with metal blades and I am thinking of cutting out the two parts of the bolt that are seized to those bushings. Anybody actually have to cut this thing out or should I take it to a Honda dealer. I really don't want to have to pay the ridiculous amount of $ they are going to charge to get this out. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know how hard it maybe to cut but it seems if you can't get the nut back on, you will need a new bolt anyways. So cut away, then get a new stainless steel bolt and new pivot spacers. So I posted here a while back about my swing arm bolt being stuck and received a lot of advice, but unfortunately, nothing has worked.
