Hi guys,

does anyone know if the ball joints of stock a-arms are changeable?

Because I have a whole set and from one of them the thread is messed up but the ball joint himself is still good.

theyre not interchangeable.

like said there not changeable, I just went tru this when I tried to get them powder coated,

I couldn't take em out so I had them painted

Does anyone know how I could repair the thread of the ball joint?

best thing to do is get a tap and die set, and try to chase the existing threads there. to do this find the die that has the same thread as the ball joint (use one of the ones not messed up) and make sure it threads completely onto the joint then take it to the messed up and and see if you can just clean up the threads on it.
