the steering stem bearings you pound out from the bottom to the top
steering stem bearings?
which way do they come out? pound out from the bottom or top? and how do i get the swingarm bearings out, pc'ing some parts and this is all that is stalling me but trying to be gentle.

Easiest way to take them out is to heat it up with a heat gun or propane torch and beat them out, put the new one in the freezer for an hour at least and it will slide right in.
make sure n take the snap ring out first, then it will pound out to the bottom , i stuck a socket wrench handle thru the hole then hit it with a hammer and it came right out
