SRP Steering Dampener

I need to clean out some of the garage....this has been sitting since last year at this time....I now have a Precision. SRP Dampener with rebuild kit that is short one end seal. I also have two extra seals.....and the instructions for rebuild kit. Works well with no dead spots, ready to mount up. Would like to get $130 shipped......

is this still for sale and is it ready to bolt up to a 05 450r, doe sit bolt up on the steering stem or on the handle bars clamp?
