This track is most of the local riders’ favorite. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to race or just observe the well keep Splendora. This track only has a few power hook-ups so call early to get one. We would love to see all of you out there. Riding or just watching we would love your company. You can visit our site at www.southernracing.org

6:00 P.M. will be the 6 volt, 12 volt, and 24 volt race for all of the 'future speed demons" on the pee wee track at Splendora. Moms and Dads it is a must that you get those batteries charged up and ready to race and come cheer on your speed demon! If you should have an extra battery operated machine that you can bring, I am sure we can find a child to put in it.

A change in tracks will not stop us. Round 5 of the S.O.R.P. “Fast Track Quad Racing Series” will still be held on June 6. The only change that has been made is that the race will be held at Three Palms MX instead of Cowboy Badlands. This race will be held on the main track of Three Palms. This is one of the few tracks around here that is very fast and technical all at the same time. This race would not be the one you want to miss. So come join us for some high flying and quick cornering quad racing. You can visit our site at www.southernracing.org

We will be pushing the clock this weekend to get everything started on time due to the heat. We will not be having any kind of activities this race.
Please be sure to have plenty of liquids to keep you hydrated this weekend.
Don't forget that we will be doing the split pot raffle this weekend and I think that Angela will have the gun raffle tickets for sale with her too. There will be more information on that at the Saturday Riders meeting.

Round 9 of the Southern Offroad Racing Promotion is about here. To be exact September 12, 2010 at B&C MX in Highlands, TX. As you know, Highlands was bought out and they have changed their name. They are now called B&C MX. There was rumor that he was doing major changes to the track so Danny & Jan went to check it out. The only thing that has changed was the holeshot. He has shortened it up just a little so that hopefully it will slow down the speed. Other than that, it's still the same ole track!! You can visit our site at www.southernracing.org

Friday Night:

The gates will open around 4:00 p.m. for those of you who want to come in and camp. There is no electricity hook ups or water, so please come with generators if you plan on camping. The park is officially closed on Fridays, but they will open for us to move in if you want to.
