i think you could route them over the black plastic guard towards your front end and then find somewhere under the hood to secure them
Routing Crank and Head breather hose
I wanted to run my crank and head breather up to the front of the bike so it will stop running out of the hose when i stand it up on its back end to clean it. Anyone got any good ideas as to where to put them? Surely someone has done this. Help me out fellas.

Well thats the plan but I was hoping someone had some pics. Are you talking about the black guard under the gas tank? yeah there are plenty of tabs and holes that you could secure/ zip tie the hose to on the plastic guard that keep it from movin aroundWell thats the plan but I was hoping someone had some pics.
