That is called a tiger fish i believe. Would be a hell of a piranna but it isn't the same fish. Nasty lookin bastard though

as for that fish yes it is indeed a tigerfish....They are mean as $hit and have been known to actually attack people....there are two species of them to my knowledge...one grows to about 3 feetish and the other up to 6 FEET!!!!!
They reside in african and asian continents and are feared by many....definately one of the meanest predators in fresh water....
....Ive always thought they looked like striped bass with a set of mako jaws in them LOL....i bet they would be fun as heck to fight on rod and reel

wow LOL...i just figured the word piranha was an important one for this thread and everyone was spelling it differently none of which are correct....great so you can use a spellchecker function...i just type fast as wind and hit reply...so i guess i spell alright for not editing anything ever LOL...i just happen to know alot about fish and is why i commented...if you can add anything positive to the thread itself about the species at hand or anything for that matter other then threatening me over a mispelled word please do so at this timeSince we are correcting people at spelling....
