I haven't heard of quad tech having a hood w/ a scoop but schmitthead can get you a quad tech hood that is shown on here in a few different threads. Someone just posted a thread yesterday or today showing a hood that does have a scoop that is made by feather carbon. Their website is www.feathercarbon.com.
