After going about 3 miles at 3/4 throttle I noticed some oil leaking from I think the vent tube. It is on the right side of the motor and goes into the lower case. It has a tee in the hose and it is the wetest at that point. Has any one heard of this before?

it is normal for oil to be inside the vent hose. oil splashes around inside the valve cover and finds it's way into the vent hose... that's why the "T" joint is there. the "T" allows oil that gets into the top end hose to get back into the crank and the crank to breath at the same time. just make sure those hoses are clamped tight around the "T" joint.
