Can't you all see the extensive wieght reductiona and work put into minimizing resistance on the compression and exhaust stroke????

Good wok man hope it ain't done for long.

OUCH!!! Those valves look pretty new, did you figure out what make it go yet?[/b]

VALVES WHERE KIBBLEWHITE, BEEN RUN ABOUT A YEAR OR TWO. THIS HAPPENED EARLY THIS YEAR. I PUT IN THE STROKER CRANK, (400EX), PUT IT ON MY DYNO AND 3 RUNS LATER....
I TRUSTED THAT THE VALVE SPRINGS THAT HAD BEEN IN THE BIKE WERE STILL GOOD...BUT I WAS WRONG. IT WAS SPRINGS OR THE VALVE HAD FATIGUED. THE EXHAUST VALVE HEAD SEPERATED FROM THE STEM, THE STEM STAYED IN THE GUIDE, THE VALVE HEAD ENDED UP IN THE PISTON TOP.

THE THIRD DYNO RUN...HIT 9000 RPM, PULLED IN THE CLUTCH TO STOP THE RUN, AND BANG THAT WAS IT.

APPROX 800 LATER AND ALL MY LABOR...IT WAS BACK AND RUNNING FOR MEMORIAL DAY.

THE DYNO GRAPHS ON MY OTHER POST ARE THE SAME MACHINE.
