Need help on gearing

Hey guys. i still got the stock sprockets on my 450r and i was wondering whats the best sizes for woods? i hate having to mess with the clutch when going slow to keep from killing it. i dont need tons of speed. more acceleration

drop a tooth on the front sprocket. and if it's still to much drop another one lol smaller up front = more acceleration and less top speed
One should be enough I would think 1 in front equals like 3 teeth in back if i remember right but the front you would want to change in my opinion too...
what would you guys recomend for track or some optimal gearing for all around
