My OPINION on Quad Innovations

Ever since a couple months ago or whenever the thread started about 07Lightning and not receiving his shocks/arms in time, I have been quiet about my conversations with Dustin and Quad Innovations. Now don't get me wrong, I know there was communications problems between John and Dustin, but I was relieved to find out that it ended good for 07Lightning and nothing further happened. John, I'm really sorry about how things turned out but am sure glad to see your quad looks great and you are happy. So anyways, heres my story.

During the topic on John getting his money back, I was in contact with Dustin quite frequently seeing what I could get set up with him on a package deal. We have tossed many ideas around since then but since I have been low on money for a while and ran into some financial issues, I have been doing a budget build. Dustin has been very talkative and has talked to me about everything I ever needed to know about racing. He has been a mentor for me so far and we are plannin to meet up this winter in Rapid City, SD for some indoor racing. Not only has he been very easy to talk to, but he also has offered me full sponsorship and is givin me some sweet a$$ products!!! During winter break, when I get some more money, we are plannin on trickin my quad out with some more great custom pieces from him so I will be sure and keep you updated.

I know how hard it is to start your own business, and sometimes people run into binds, especially with two jobs; one funding the new company. So here are a few pics for you guys of the things I have got so far, lets try to keep this post clean and no arguing or trashing a guy whos tryin to make a living please. Thanks guys.

if I was trying to get a business going, I wouldn't be giving products away for free.

He did not give these products to me for free. I am sponsored by him so i get them at a set price. And yeah I know how this thread will go, but I was just wanting to share my insight and my experience with Dustin so far. He has been nothing but great to me.

looks like your business transactions with QI are going well.
i hope from here on it stays that way with any of his customers, but what happened here with a member is hard to brush off and forget. JD performance is a site sponsor
and has proven to be a reputable sponsor so my future business would go to JD.

honestly, good luck. it doesnt matter to me what he does with his time. he made his bed, and he will lay in whatever happens.

you have expectations of where this will go for a reason, but ill keep is very brief.

i will not tell anyone one way or another my feedback on him, UNLESS im asked... ONCE i have recieved my full refund.

I would'nt care if that guy's mother Teresa's son....after what he did to that guy, I would'nt chance, trust, nor attempt to purchase or build anything he has for sale.

Everyone makes mistakes, but Im in business for myself for over 12 years and I have never come close to treating anyone like he did.

If he did it once, he'll do it again IMO. Excuses..... and more excuses, just throw them on the pile.......

Too many reliable, trustworthy people out there selling great parts to bother taking a chance with Quad Innovations, IMO

especially the caliper of sponsors on here........JD performance is more than helpful and products are awesome but it sounds like youve made your mind up so good luck with your racing season

since everyone is saying your making a mistake doing business with him, i might as well say your making a good choice!! i hope your build goes great! Dustin is a great guy to work with.

i think its all your choice. dont let people tell you not to do it just because 1 deal went south. people do make mistakes. i dont know the whole story but thats jmo

yea really, dave is VERY helpful and a great guy to talk to, very willing to help you out

with site sponsers like him why would anyone think about getting nything else? + all of his stuff is hand made

its a good choice if he gets the parts he ordered in a timely manner.
