your 06 spindles will work since those arms are caster adjustable, you will just have to adjust,

no they should work, just adjust the caster on em, BUT the only porblem you might run into is tie-rod length, the 04-05 has longer tie rods then 06-^

and yes the 04-05 spindles are better and this gives him the opportunity to upgrade to a better front end
