K/N & Jets

Im installing a K/N filter on an 07 and adding extra holes to the top of filter box. already running a 128 jet with a yosh exh. what jet should i go up to. kit has a 132 , 136 , 140 left which do you think. the jet kit recommends not modifing the air box it will loose low end perf. that cant be fixed by jetting. What do you guys think or have you experenced.

im assuming its a dyno jet kit? i would throw the filter on and see how it goes, it may be ok still depending on how the jetting is now. I do think if you use any of those jets you have will be to rich for just a fliter though.
hey vc, im assuming you have run across this phrase in the dynojet kit before. I have a good freind who is going through this problem on an 07 right now and it would be cool if you or somebody could expand on this a little bit. I have had an 05 since brand new and have tuned alot of different machines but have never seen one that was so dead set on having the air box lid on. Some form of help would be great guys.
