I just put my HMF S/O on, and I changed to a 125 jet. it still sputters a bit right on top, I turned the air/fuel screw 2.5 out then went some more and it helped some, but how much can I screw it out before changing the jet size again?

The air fuel mixture just changes the low end. If it is sputtering on the top, you need to jet up.

you are absolutely correct and i don't know how many threads i have read suggesting that people adjust their mixture screw.
