I have a 08 450ER that I just installed a complete DMC exhaust system on. I am still running with the air bos lid on. I bought a DynoJet stage two kit for it. Going by the instructions I need to run the 128 main jet which a size 137.5 main in a Kehein,and the needle is on the fouth clip from the top. I am just wondering it sounds right to you guys. I am 500 ft. above sea level. I am kinda new to all this and dont want to tear my quad up. I followed the Dynojet instructions to a tee. It just seems that from everything Ive read that the main is a little small.

i think the dynojets are just CRAP... IMO if i was you i would get the HRC Jet kit as many ORG members would tell you also. The hrc jet kit comes with a proper Main Jet, Hrc Needle with a clip, and a 55 Leak jet. ALso with this set up your going to remove ur Air box lid or cut it for overall good power
