its basically the same, and you can turn it. just be careful with the wires. i would recommend changing the fuel screw so you can adjust it easier though.
Jet change
Is changing the jets on an FCR for an '07 anything close to changing them on the '04-'05 style carbs? I went through the tutorial in the FAQ and thought it looked easy but i didn't know if it was anything like the fcr. I should get the jets tomorrow so i've yet to tear into the carb, i've just taken the tank off so i can get to it. Will i have to take the carb off, or can i just rotate it on the clamps?

should be pretty close to the same. they are completely different carbs, but almost all carbs have the main jet inside the bowl on the bottom. good luck
