Intake/Exhaust/Jet help

I've got a sparks air filter and hrc jet kit on order, should be here tomorrow i think. I'm not sure what the main is because it didn't say, i just know its for '06+. My concern is that i'm still running the stock exhaust and will be for a little while. Should i take the spark arrestor out when i get the jet kit? I haven't so far because i thought it needed to be rejetted if you do that. I'm planning on getting a dasa exhaust in the next couple of weeks, but i need some advice before then. And everything else on the bike is stock.
