How much and why are you selling a rare hood condition HRC cam? If you don’t mind me asking?
My HRC cam did greart on my trx, I dune my trx and after I got it ported I hill race a lot so I bought a stage 3 hot cam for more of that top end. I already have the stage 3 cam ordered so im looking to sell my HRC.

How many hours on the cam? Honestly? Id pay 100 bucks for a used cam, even if it’s an HRC. They aren’t that hard to find.

And can you take a pic of the 3 indented rings on the end to prove it’s an HRC, stock has only 2 and aftermarket’s have numbers I believe. Then I’ll consider paying more than 100. And how many hours roughly. I just don’t want to make sure it’s a ln HRC for sure, and not too many hours on it.

This is an 06+ HRC cam, so it doesn’t have 3 grooves.

Ok so how can you tell if it’s an 06+ HRC then!? I guess I can take his word for it. But I’ve been burned before so want to be sure.

Not trying to lie about a cam lol, ill upload some more pictures on this thread of the cam tomorrow. Cam was in my bike for 2 years and I take the bike out to the dunes about 4 times a year and some trail riding by my house rarely so idk how many hours. Good condition tho.

Crobalex if you went thru the trouble of taking apart the top end to show me how to identify newer HRC cams I really appreciate that. Some people like to point out when people are wrong instead of helping. For whatever insecure reasons. But as you can see I still have a lot to learn about the internal stuff so thanks for the help pal. You da man!

I didn’t have to take it apart for the pictures. that was from the disassembly when rebuilding the engine. Glad I could help.
