Higher compression piston

Does anyone make like a 11:1 compression piston or something like that for honda. So that then i wouldn't have to buy racing fuel.

I have a 13:1 JE piston and a 02 CRF cam. Not overly impressed with the results.

Do you have it piped and if it is, maybe you need to port the head!! Hotcam told me I can get another 5% out of my engine if I port my head!! B)
