is the 04 head a better head than the 06. i was wanting to get some porting done but was wondering if i should buy an 04-05 head and pp it with new valves and springs. will it even fit on the 06?

04-05 heads won't fit on 06 up bikes..

i like the 06 head it flows good just get it ported you will be happy

just get another 06 head and have it ported.
