I think quad tech is making/makes a carbon hood that lets you keep the lights. Saw it in the duncan vs sparks duner test in dirtwheels. It is sweeet!

 

Yea I saw that hood in the mag too it looks bad a$$

 

I can get them and im thinking of getting one for my quad... the Carbon Fiber one is Getting BEAT UP BAD....

 

I put a pic that Quad Tech sent me on the site of the new carbon hood that allows you to keep the stock lights. They're also coming out with a red carbon fiber hood. It looks trick.

Ya, that's Fullbore's stuff. That is the full plastics. I bought a fullbore hood for my 450R. They are pretty sweet. The hood goes over the lights, giving it a kind of batman look to it. I think I have a pictue on my computer somewhere with it on, but i don't know how to put it in the forum. Anyway- I got mine before they started selling to the public. An Ebay auction. They were selling it because they said it had a blemish. Something about a scratch, that didn't bother me because it was just going to get ruffed uf some more the wat I ride.

I know you want to be different but that is Freakin UGLY!!! To each his own. That is one of the reasons I fell in love with the R is the Stock headlight hood. You can deffinately change something tooooo much. I think it looks a little cheap and "back yard done". Sorry for the honesty but sometimes it just needs to be said. I know alot of people might like it but when I showed this to my wife and other friends of mine that are here, they said the same thing: UGLY.
