either will fit but the 06-^ will fit directly on the 04-05 you will need a adaptor

from what ive read the 06-^ is better anyways and is adjustable and will work on all applications

if you get it for an 04-05 ask for a diffrent rubber collar to attach to the carb.

Just ask the question when you make the order. Whoever you place the order from should be able to set you straight since what you are running is a pretty common setup.
