Ideally you would want two sets of tires, one for MX, and one for trails. It’s hard to make one set of tires work for both.
I use motocross sized tires that are 6 ply rated I believe the brand is SunfI am currently building a 2006 trx450er race quad primarily for motocross and some light trail riding. I’m currently trying to figure out wether or not to use 22x7-10 or 21x7-10 tires. Does anyone have any advice?
There he is!! Thought you left us lol. Yep those are a good size (small) for motocross. 6 ply is a little heavy for motocross imo.I use motocross sized tires that are 6 ply rated I believe the brand is Sunf
front size is 20x6-10
Rear size is 18x10-8
Yeah I only went with these tires cause they are 6ply and cheaper I believe I got the whole set for $210 so I can rip them up on paved roads and dirt roads and then go to a motocross track while still not having to worry about tire puncture on my trailsThere he is!! i trail ride with 22x7-10 fronts
20x11-9 rears
Great for tight turning at high and low speeds in the 🌲 🌳 . BTW Welcome midnight motorsports, is your name a shop, garage, or just a name?

I have a 2005 Honda 400ex that’s all black and I nicknamed it midnight, so when I designed me graphics I came up with my “Race” team name as midnight motorsports and have it across my graphics. One day I’d like to have a shop named that or a race team.
