Have had this thing sitting around for way to long so I figured I should let someone else have a stab at it.
For some reason the choke plunger is bent. It works, but it is bent. I went ahead and bought a brand new Yamaha OEM plunger which is included with it.
I replaced most of the hardware with stainless steel screws just for fun.
It has an aftermarket fuel screw but the original is included with it.
