do you change the tranny oil every time you change the engine oil or you skip one on two time??

same thing for the oil filter ? dealer said to me after break in period you can change it one on two time of engine change oil

the tranny side will be good for a while. it goes into more specifics in the owners manual, but I don't have it with me to tell you more.

Also for the 1st couple tanks of gas you will want to change the oil filter with the oil to make sure you get any metal shavings out. After that you can do it ever other time.

There is a company that makes a washable oil filter for $70.00 if you change your oil filter three times it pays for it self. Then you won't have to worry about buying a filter every time you change your oil. when changing your oil why not do the trans at the same time it don't take much oil, cheap insurance i always say.

I change my oil every two rides and I change my tranny oil every four rides. Small price to pay.. To me this is good insurance that my quad is in tip top shape!!
