I have a 05 kicker ive just re-built thanks to crank bearing failure!! im running a sparks exhaust, pro flow kit, and just added a new 14.5 to 1 Dasa piston with dasa crf ignition mod and also a new FCR carb with adapter, the bike will start with the choke on and run good but when you turn the choke off the bike will start to back fire, and die. Whats do i need to do with the Jetting?? Carb is new with a 45 pilot and a 175 main

I have an 05 with stage 2 HC, stock bore, ESR intake and full FMF and run a 50 pilot and 190 main.
I'm pretty sure that If it runs better with the choke on it needs more fuel. I think that's the stock pilot so that for sure needs to come up.

I would start off with a 48.5 pilot and 180 main and go from there.

Hope this helps.
