start at 2 out and go from there....

you want to set the idle around 1700rpms.......with the knob on the frame.

or you could look in the manuel for help too!!

it's an 05 manuel but carb adj should be the same.

here is a link for manuel

in: leaner

rule of thumb.........if the a/f screw is on the motor side of the carb, it's adjusting fuel.............if it's on the air box side of the carb, it's adjusting the air.

that's why you here some call it the fuel screw or the air mixture screw....... ;)

im jus gonna go up one jet size to a 130 and adjust from there

i missed you took the spark arrester out.

i would get the hrc tip to put in, you can get it off e-bay or even here on the org..........it will give you the need back pressure to keep your jetting from going crazy........or find a good slip on.

open lid, open stock exaust.....my guess is a 180+ and when it gets colder you will need even bigger jets as it leans out even more.....

put the tip in and that that 130 may work, maybe a 145......jmo....

oh, don't forget to put a 45 pilot in for you low end on the carb, that will help on the idle ckt.......and every body will kringe at the 45 pilot, but you have your bike out of wack with the muffler thing......good luck.....bryan
