new to the board, i see alot of the same names from a few other boards as well who migrated over as i did , but back to my question ive saw in several different threads where people have said the slots or holes in the air box lid are working for better power gains than no lid, i would not run no lid as i ride and race xc so there is always some water somewhere but anyway has anyone tried the gt thunder mod

im interested in this im still waiting on my jet kit from sparks and i havent decided on a cam yet, so i think im going to try to call laz this week and order this and see how it does

Ive looked under there with the seat on before. and there is plenty of room, I know becuase I took my tail light off, and I have the plug for the taillight mounted under the seat. and it has plenty of room. I need to keep the plug because there are time I need my taillight....like at little sahara.

did anyone ever test this to see if there was better gains from this vs. no lid..... :ermm:
