SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD

I bought this carb from Venom530kingr a couple months ago I have not used or tested the carb I still have all the jets for it. This is king's write up on the carb it is in great shape still have everthing with it king gave me

" have a Mikuni 45mm HSR carb that I purchased to put on my TRX. It is in excellent shape with no leaks or broken parts. The BEST thing is, I made a custom stock throttle cable adapter plate that mounts to the carb that securely mounts the stock cable up with no other mods and puts it in the precise location so it does not hit or rub anything. It took several hours to make and it and its not a cheesy rig.

Also included is a plethora of mikuni jets from mains to pilots that will indefinably adapt to any four stroke bike, from stock to full blown big bore strokers. Jetted perfect for my 533 as is. Carb new is around $400 and the jets are another $100 plus the time spent to make the throttle plate. A real nice option for those who dont want to spend $900 on a 43mm FCR. You do not use the TPS but I see and feel absolutely no difference without using the tps with this carb. It made identical power on the dyno with this carb Vs the FCR and we did not specifically port the intake for the larger carb so it may have an advantage. Im just liquidating some stuff and no need for two carbs. Again, a great alternative with room to grow!

It was a 43 fcr that it was compared to. HSR is a Mikuni style carb. Its basically there FCR.
45 mm? Jeez, is this for highly built motors?

as far as throttle response, how good is it compared to the fcr? im interested, but just afraid of trying new things with out gaining results! could you post some pics of it and the adapter you made? does the stock throttle assy. open it all the way up or do you have to do a little dremiling?
Im just helping out here a little because it used to be mine.

No dremeling required on this setup. The throttle opens fully and slides effortlessly with the adapter I made. Uses a stock throttle cable BTW. I made the throttle cable adapter so you didnt have to use a special expensive cable.

I really cant say about the throttle resonse because I mostly ran it on the dyno. I did take it for a couple spins before the dyno and I thought it felt just as good as the fcr.

That being said, I still would rather an FCR but lets take into consideration how much $$$ you have to put into an FCR setup. I just like Kehin carbs better, always have and always will. But for the money, this is a nice cheap alterantive.

BTW, it is jetted spot on for a 533cc engine......
Thanks for the help king I have been gone for a few days I will try to get some pics up this week I did mount this carb on my 501 and it fit perfect using the stock throttle cable I can't say how it runs though I have not tried it.
i love my 48 hsr.....
Nobody out there with a big motor wants to try this carb 260.00 shipped
