the only thing I know is the kick lever itself, sorry.
06 er to a kicker, how much of the 05 parts will work
I have an 06 motor that I am converting from an electric start to a kick start. I have all of the parts from an 05 kick start assembly and I am just wondering what will work and what wont. I have all three gears the ratchet springs washers and bearings from an 05.

No one has done this, or even attempted?
it has been accomplished by a bunch of people the problem is that 05 kicker parts won't work because honda changed the setup when they redesigned the motor in 06. you need 06+ kicker parts. i think someone mention that JH racing has a kit for about $400 that comes with most everything you need. don't take my word for it thoughNo one has done this, or even attempted?[/b]
JH does sell the kit and it comes with everything you need, even the 06 kicker.The kit runs 395 you also get the plug to replace the starter if you choose to remove it.
