05 motor in 06 frame

Will this work? i have an 06 frame but i need to know if i can use an 05 motor in it or have to go with an 06, thanks

I had the same question but only got one reply but it said that it should work but something about the motor mounts are the only problem.

yeah, i assume with the 05 motormounts it will be fine,but what about the il cooler?

you just need 05 motor mounts and it will work and for the oil cooler you will need to fabricate your own mounts or not run one

I went through this and its better just to buy the same year frame and motor, you dont have to use the oil cooler
