Update: got my head and carb back from RE, rode the quad today and she pulls hard. Haven't noticed any lose in throttle response going to the straight bore either.

If it were me I'd run 93. Not everyone has 93 at their gas station. 50/50 of 110 and 91 will make 100.5 octane which is plenty for your setup imo. Even 25/75 would be enough imo.
