Problem with reassembling rear brake caliper.

Hi I had to take apart the rear axle and reassemble. It was going well till i had to reinstall the brake caliper. There is no way of fitting the caliper onto the mount bracket, it has no space between the mount and the disk. Take a look at the photos, does anyone know what i am doing wrong?

I would bet your axle is not all the way in (as in needs to go more towards the right side of the quad). Take a tape and pull off centerline of the swinger to the end of each axle and see if your measurements are equal. Your brake rotor is riding way to close to your swinger.

Even with the axle moved into place there is not nearly enough room for the break caliper to be mounted. There is clearly something wrong with the spacing. is there a spacer that needs to be between the mount and disk?
