Outlaw racing clutch lever Question

Hey guys, I just bought a new clutch lever and Motion Pro cable, This thing is now harder to pull now that I removed the stock cluster. The old one had a ton of play and I wasn't going to use the parking break so I removed the old assembly, is there a way to adjust this differently? Or is there anything else I can get cause this sucks and I have a race coming up in two weeks.

Also I just cut the Neutral wires, can I spice them together? I can't start in any gear, like I can my Kawi. I have to be in Neutral. What are you guys using to get an easier clutch Pull?

Splice the wires together. As far as making the clutch lever easier to pull, try adjusting it to have more slack and change where it grabs. I have mine to grab about halfway out

-2006 450R. New WHIP..

Thanks CJM. I will try that out tomorrow and splice them together. I went on a 4 hour ride for the first time and it was rough, can't wait to get my Flexx bars and new steering stem on tomorrow as well. I have to find out where to wire up my Kill switch too. I wish there was a way to get it to be closer to the bar itself as well. I'm super jealous of my friends ktm 525 hydraulic clutch lever.

Figured out my issue I was having, someone prior installed the clutch fibers incorrectly. Not lined up and 3 fell out when I pulled the pressure plate off. One was even installed in the hub cutouts! Wtf lol. But time for a new clutch. Anyways problem solved and I no longer have the outlaw which is the same as mar btw.
