Where to find Jets!

So as the title says guys. Looking for best options to jet the new 04 project. Just got a new dasa shorty in today!

Problem 1 ..... where do I find my HRC needle .. seems like that's an impossible task these days.

Problem 2 ..... no decent kits out there .... I'm betting on buying individual jets ( 180-200 main) (48-52 pilot) ???

Dada advertises to run the Dynojet kit they sell but i have heard more Bad than good about the conversion of numbers and consistency of sizes.

Jet sizes sound right ??? And does anyone have a preference on where they get their stuff ... jetsrus??

Thanks guys

aint gonna find an hrc needle. use ncvq needle if you have an 06+ bike, its a yamaha part and easy to find. Buy your jets from www.jetrus.com Only need a small selection.

If its an 04/05 185 main is hrc, if 06+ 162 is hrc jet and buy several around that general size.

-2006 450R. New WHIP..

You can buy different sizes from Honda too if you need them. Look up the part number for the main jet and it has the size in it, you just change that number to the size you need, like 118-165. I have ordered several before when I was getting other parts.

Yeah thanks guys .... I ended up just getting a few close to the size I’m thinking it’s gonna need from jets r us... reckon I’ll just run the factory needle, at least it’s adjustable. The barrel carb shouldn’t be on the bike too long ... would like to go the FCR route after a while
