I have a compression guage I'll try that. I done some research seems that backing the adjuster scre out gives it more compression and screwing it in gives you less am I right on that? Thanks for the advice.

Yes backing up reduce the decompressor effect and increase compression, the compression tester check valve should be close to the head or will read lower

Just set intake to .006 and exhaust to .011 set decomp to .017. Decomp was at .012 .Still had trouble starting, did compression it held good. Only thing I noticed is my filter that came on it seemed really dirty. Took filter off and just sitting ther it started first kick every time. Took a ride, thought I was good. But for down the road and I stalled lmao. Wouldn't start back. Pulled it off. Seems that my filter Is dirty. Gonna get a new filter and see where I'm at. Cleaned carb and made sure jets was clean. 148 main, 42 pilot, 78 or 75 leak.cant remember.

Might be wort checking the stator, quitting while running and not restarting now sounds more like a failed stator, you can measure the resistance of the white/blue/black red to the ground (engine block) from the grey plug, and all those wires together while there. Wait until it fails to do so

Got my multimeter I'll try that today. Could you point me to the direction of those wires to check? It didnt just die last night though I actually stalled it out. Then it wouldn't restart. Seems to start better when it's cold or cooled off some. But with what I did I feel like it's better than it was. Thanks for all the help. Slowly getting this figured out I believe.

Went out this morning choked it, fired first kick, has been since then but hasn't gotten good and warm. Gonna take a longer ride and let it get good and warm. Either way it's doing better than it was. Thanks for everyone's help it is greatly appreciated. Seems like I may have a few more issues to work out but I'm getting close.

If it did not stall by itself, maybe it's not stator related, wires are the gray stator plug

Ok just wanted to give an update and thank everyone for their help. Put a RandD flex jet air fuel screw in it, New air filter, got it running adjusted A/F screw, set idling, and it starts a whole lot better now. First or second kick usually. Took a nice little ride today it was nice and warmed up by the time I got back, shut it off, tried starting it again warm two kicks and it fired. I think i finally have it where it should be. Again thanks for everyone's help.
