Tips to Make a Race Ready 450r

I have a 2004 450R. I need some ideas on where to start with making it race ready. Im starting with an exhaust FMF system. I need help knowing what to look for. Handlebars, suspension, and anything else will be helpful. Links or part numbers would be greatly appreciated. ATV in pic is my baby. She's currently in pieces. Doing a rebuild.

Dont bother with the FMF, dasa, CT, lonestar, hmf, sparks are the top HP makers on these quads.

Flexbars, anti vibe stem, steering dampener, a-arms, reworked shocks are what I would be looking for. Id also suggest tossing the airbox lid, jetting it and using a foam air filter line a uni brand filter.

Probably a couple grand or so. I'm already $2-3k into it with motor rebuild and everything. Should maybe do another $2-3k to make it totally perfect.

What kind of racing?
I race xc/gncc.
Different then mx setup. Same things get changed but little difference.
Arms and all 3 shocks set up for YOU and your bike. This alone is worth it's weight in gold.
Stem height and bar rise /typw will be a determination up to you.
Do you have a tether? Is it required for what you do?
