i bought my dasa pipe about two or so weeks ago and still havnt gotten it yet.First they were out of order cause it was on sell "ok, wat ever as long as i get a good deal" is wat i thought so i asked them when it should be shipped they said sometime last week i forget the exact day i think it was monday or in the beginning of the week. never got a tracking No. so i asked when it would ship again they said they were waiting on the end cap" watever, thats fine" i thought cause they were supposed to be getting them monday of this week and would be shipped at the beginning of this week, still as of now no tracking order. i just dont like the way he just kept delaying and wish he would've givin me 1 over estimate on the time, not several under estimates. thumbdown.gif

My experiences w/ Fuel Has always been good.

He orders the pipe just like you would if you were buying something on ebay. Don't blame fuel for not knowing. He was guessing on past experiences.. not guaranteeing. You need to learn that difference and have a bit of common sense/maturity. Get over it.

You tend to feel better if you have patience for more than a week or two. Granted it sucks when you get underestimates but its worse if you keep calling, then they are forced to tell you something to make you happy, then in turn makes it worse and worse.

I'm in the battle of waiting for a torque arm I bought for my camaro a month ago, that was mixed up with addresses so its somewhere in TX while I recieved a custom video/graphics card for a computer. Its now on its way back to NJ then to me in UT. I've been patience as can be for I know once it hits the front door I'm going to be thrilled to get it. In the mean time, there's not much to do about it but find something else to work on.

You'll get your pipe soon and you too will be happy.

I've had good experiences with Fuel as well. I'm not surprised they're a little behind on those DASAs, it's an awesome deal they're doing.

We now have the Dasa's in stock! We have been awaiting our shipment as have ALL other dealers of Dasa. I am only able to tell you the time frame that Dasa tells me. I have kept you updated every other day via PM..... We just received the Dasa's less than a hour ago and they will ship out to you today. We are once again sorry for the inconvenience! I PROMISE you that this is not a scam as you have been accusing us of doing. Many others have bought from us on this site as well as other sites and have not had an issue with receiving their product or us taking care of a problem with any item that we carry. We do the best that we can with what we are provided and that is why I informed you before the order was made that we did not have them in stock.....

I also want to note that we usually carry all Dasa exhausts in stock at all times! Due to the AWESOME deal that we have provided on the forums, our stock quickly diminished leaving us to wait on our next order. It definitely was not something that we had planned on happening. We hope that you do understand.... Thanks and hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving!

I personally apologize for the invconvience that we have caused. Danielle has done everything she possibly can to get the order. I also know that Dasa had their own orders that didn't go out for nearly 6 weeks. When you depend upon someone else for parts orders they don't always go as planned and unfortunately you got caught up in it, so has Dasa any other Dasa dealers. Sometimes things happen and we try to make the best of it.

On the flip side you have had the opportunity to cancel the order at any time and Danielle has taken every chance to keep you updated through out the entire process.

Fuelatv does everything possible to keep items in stock but there are times when the deals we provide are so good that people just can't pass them up and it makes it difficult to keep stock.

Happy Holidays to everyone

I just placed an order from danielle at fuel atv. Very nice person to do business with. She deserves to be treated better than what was given to her. Sometimes venders are at the mercy with the distributers trying to get everyone their orders. We go through the same problem with our offshore parts. I bet when you receive your pipe you will be all smiles.
