I need some suggestions on how to get my beads to seat.
Just bought a pair of razr mx's and ITP .190 I have 40psi in them now and the bead still wont seat, i have greased them and everything. I have never had this much of a problem i have been mounting car tires for years and years.
Any suggestions will help...

I've had to put as much as 60 psi and bounce them on the ground for some of my new tires to pop. If that doesn't work, wrap a ratchet strap around the middle of the tire. This will put more pressure toward the bead, instead of the tire just expanding.

^^^^^same as i do with every ITP tie i have ever had to do. run it up to 60psi and set them in the sun,all of your problems will go away.

take the valve stem core out. lube up the tire beads.. put air in till both side beads pop and seat fully. let the air out right away then install the core and set the pressure... your good to go.
JUST KEEP YOUR FINGERS CLEAR OF THE BEADS!!!

ratchet strap aroun the tire from the start to prevent the belts in the tires from streching or breaking creating a wobble or an unround tire! this is just for your tires not losing their shape by streching. then up the presure untill it pops. I never go past 50 PSI. Bounce em on the ground to. I usualy take a hammer to the rubber tire and pound on it where the bead isnt setting. it lossins it up big time!

sometimes on the farm we just spray some carb cleaner or something flammable inside the tire and the combustion will let out a bunch of air and 90% of the time it works!

Ya I have heard of people doing this, as well as I saw a you tube video of some guy doing it to a pretty big jeep tire. The guys was like out in the middle of no where and four wheeling when his tire came off the bead, so he sprayed some WD-40 in there and lit it on fire and it resealed the tire.

This works i have used it on rock crawlers before but nothing as small as a atv tire, the other thing is always remove your valve core of you could potentialy have a problem.

the old carbcleaner trick problably wont work if the bead is that tough'' clean the rim off an rub K/Y jelly all over it, an put 50psi in it,an let it set out in the sun all day''it will pop on'''
