as above, i have read loads of threads about different oils to use in my R i have decided i am going to use a standard car oil in both sides.
I have readily access to
Shell Helix 5w/40 Fully synthetic
Shell Helix Super 10w/40 part Synthetic
Both are used in diesel engines and recommended by VW.
I have searched to see if these oils have Molys in them and have found no answers.
2 questions
a) are either of these ok to use
b) which one will be best
Thanks

if it didn't have moly in it, it would say "without moly". i would not trust it in my bike, but you can maybe call shell and ask them if it's safe for wet clutchs
