I just replaced mine no more than 10 min. ago. i had trouble pushing in the piston so i just loosened the parking brake adjuster bolt and the piston went all the way in, an it wasn't tight anymore....hope this helps!

You prob want to tight'n back down the parking brake and take the pads off and file pads down and reinstall them! if i had to guess your running the tusk brake pads right?
