TRX450R/Rincon Man
Raced my bro with his 08 ltz400. Bone stock. versus my 08 trx450er. stock. In a race through 4th gear atleast 7 times, I only pulled at best a 2 quad length win and at worst half a quad length win, and lost once because i wheeled off the start and had to let off.

Now I weigh about 210 and he weighs 150 at best.

Still seams weird. I have rode his and his doesn't have the low or mid that my motors has by a long shot but on the top its a beast for a 400.

Somebody help me here because I am about to sell crap to upgrade my motor because it pissess me off haha

That actaully sounds about right. That is a huge weight difference but did you try and swap rides and see what the results were? Just to let you know, and I know the ltz is stock as well but the cam in the hondas are very small and hinder performance quite well. The trx is very "detuned" from the factory with a tiny main jet (122) and a very choked up exhaust. Its amazing they can actually make the power they can with these two huge restrictions.

My buddy also has a ltz 400 and when mine was stock I would only win by around 2 or 3 bike lengths but after the mods in my sig I'm not sure how many bikes lengths it is now cause he's so far back there lol.

We didn't switch rides. He hasn't rode my quad very much so i didn't take much weight in switching.

Mine also has Razr 2 fronts and razr 6ply rears so they do have alil bit more mass than his stocker tires.

Just hurt my pride alittle seeing his 400 neck and neck with my 450.

So basicly a Cam, intake, exhaust, and jet kitt and I don't have this heart ache haha

Just do the HRC kit for around 300$
